The Vote Tally for the Awesome Performance Award is updated here, in this post. I am only providing the top-5 – Also, this award will have an official name, to be announced and presented at the first annual awards night and silent auction.

1st – Maurice Tarrant – 43 votes
Mainly for his 4 Canadian age-group records in 4 attempts.

2nd – Buddy Bhandar – 18 Votes.
Buddy’s finish line attacks in multiple races are fun to watch!

3rd – Nick Walker – 17 Votes.
Racing almost every single race with good performances every time.

4th – Willy Langat – 15 Votes
Like Nick he is running most races and winning all but two, placing second twice.

5th – a tie – Marcia Stromsmoe & Mark Jackman – 9 Votes each.
These two have competed in multiple races in each meet they show up to. Both in the 60-year age-group.

Winner of the soon to be revealed award (at the awards night – Aug 22nd) will also win a stay for two at the beautiful Sunrise Ridge Resort in Sunny Parksville, BC!
